Come join OhioSMART on July First Friday for a round of kinky speed meeting and our usual play party! Kinky speed meeting is consent-focused social designed to help you meet other kinksters in a face-to-face setting prior to the play party! You'll have a chance to discuss your interests, experiences, roles, negotiation styles, and more! All experience levels are welcome to participate!

Please note: We'll provide the guided discussion points, but as a reminder, conversation does not equal consent! Any type of play discussed must be negotiated between all parties involved!

Set up and tear down of chairs for kinky speed meeting. (2 positions)

OhioSMART Ties July Event: Self Suspension / Partnered Suspension Part II (July 12, 2026)

Continuing our self/partnered suspension series will next be covering techniques for maintaining good rope tension and learning a few different body harnesses! We will be constructing/adjusting these harnesses to work with the body you are tying to make it sustainable and as comfortable as possible.

This is a tie along or audit class, at least two harnesses will be suitable for self-tying. All harnesses are also able to be partner tied.

There will be open tying available if time permits. Emie will be available to help during open time if you have questions or need help figuring something out.

To Bring/To Note:

Rope/Gear: note book, 4-6x30' hanks. We have some to share if needed.
Safety: Shears/Cutting Tool
Class Type: Hands On, Tie Along
Class Setup: Mat/Ground Area (Hard Points for open tie time)

OhioSMART July Third Saturday: Second Annual Summer Carnival Play Party Night with Carnival Booths! (July 18, 2026)

Come one, come all to the Greatest Kinky Carnival in town! Come join us for a celebration of summer at OhioSMART’s July Third Saturday: Second Annual Summer Carnival Night! There will be dildo ring toss, kinky Spin-A-Prize, whip throwing with @callmeren, facepainting, and more! We’ll also have some of the carnival favorites like lemonade, candied nuts, and carnival popcorn! Come join us for a night of surprises and delights and usher in summer with us at OhioSMART!

We encourage everyone to dress to theme (or come in your jammies - whatever makes you comfy!)! You can also suggest kinky carnival games in the comments... While we have a few already, we would love to hear what you would like to see!

OhioSMART July Munch: Calling all pets, wildlife, furries, fauna, and mythical entities! (July 23, 2026)

Join us in a soft-launch** for a new special interest group (SIG) for all pets, wildlife, furries, fauna, and mythical entities! All levels of interest and experience are welcomed and encouraged. If you are new to the community, curious, or a seasoned player this group is for you! The SIG joint-leadership is excited to build this community, and includes @RiotsProblem, @BlueDumpsterFire, @JaysBoudoir.

This munch is for anyone looking to mingle with other creatures while enjoying some food and drink. This SIG group welcomes all community members and is LGBTQIA+, diverse, kink-positive, and a disability inclusive space. The social is also helpful to anyone that would like to get information about the SIG or OhioSMART in a casual environment.

This month will be hosted at Goldenhorn Brewery in St Clair-Superior! This restaurant-brewery serves sandwiches, burgers, sausages and vegetarian dishes. Check out their menu here! We will be seated in the game room at the two large tables in the back. This venue has on-site parking, and the entrance and seating areas are all wheelchair accessible.

Come join us for OhioSMART August First Friday: Fisting 101 and Play Party (Pre Pay Only). Pup Drell (They/Them) will be teaching a Fisting 101 in Arch Dungeon at 9:00 PM!

This event is looking at the basics of fisting and is meant to be a 101 for those new to fisting or have a general interest. The goal of the class is for everyone and intended to set up both new fist tops and bottoms for success in taking or giving their first fist.

OhioSMART Third Saturday August: Glow Night + Dance Party with Pup Jazz (August 15, 2026)

Come join us for OhioSMART's Third Annual Glow Party with a twist! This year we are having out Pup Jazz for a Glow Dance Party!

The Arch Dungeon will be fully decorated for all the fun glow-y times with DJ Pup Jazz spinning from 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM! During that time, we will be passing out neon wrist bands which will indicate willingness to dance, observe, be approached, etc. Consent counts everywhere - even on the dance floor!

Dancing not your thing? No problem! We will have the Main Dungeon open for play from 7:00 PM - 1:00 AM for our Third Saturday Play Party!

Once the Dance Party portion of the evening is over - we will have the glow items up for all your UV reactive play! Come bring your wax, face paint crayons, etc. and enjoy the black lights and decorations!

Volunteering

This year OhioSMART's Fetish Flea event has numerous volunteer opportunities! If you plan to submit a volunteer application - we ask that you do not purchase your ticket until after applications are processed!

Volunteers can work a three-hour shift or can work six hours overall. There may be some flexibility in floater positions.

A three-hour shift will receive 25% off an All-Access Ticket for the Weekend (this does not include the Rope Intensive).

A total of six hours will receive 50% off an All-Access Ticket for the Weekend.

*Please note: There is a mandatory volunteer meeting which includes training. This will be an online meeting. Times and dates to come to the meeting with be included in volunteer offer letters.

Priority Applications: July through August 5

Rolling Basis Applications: August 5 - August 20

Financial Scholarships

At OhioSMART we believe that everyone should be able to access education and events. We firmly believe that there is no such thing as "not needy enough" or "I don't deserve assistance." Come join OhioSMART for our Third Annual relaxing Winter Wonderland BINGO Night at the Dungeon!

We'll be calling out numbers in our best dressed Winter Wonderland Gear and that means sparkly dresses, ugly sweaters, light bulb flashing hats, and more! Come play a couple of rounds of BINGO for some fun prizes and enjoy each other's company for the start of winter!

We do have some volunteer needs that we would like to see filled:

BINGO Caller: This individual would be the one to call out numbers and check winners boards. If are willing to be the caller - we will give you a free party on us for a later date! Arrival time is 6:30 PM for BINGO greeting. 1 position
Openers for Arch Dungeon: These individuals will set up the BINGO Chairs and Tables. This position may require moving tables from our upstairs storage. Arrival time is 6:30 PM for set up. 2 positions.

General positions:

General Openers: To hang signs, put our candy and first aid kits. Arrival time is 6:30 PM for set up. 2 positions
General Closers: To take down signs, take out trash, put candy and first aid kits away. Start time is about 12:30 AM. As many people as would like to stay - we never say no to closers!
