Energy 101: Theory and Practical Energy
LadyLyndePomona, and her consort phoenix_spirit, would like you to join them for an experiential class on practical energy. We will cover all sorts of topics including Heart Math, Chakras, Building an Energy Grid, Centering, Grounding, Connecting with your bottom/sub or your Top/Dom during a scene, and so much more. Come prepared to ask questions.
Presenter Bios
LadyLyndePomona has been caught up teaching energy since a couple of friends first convinced to help them ground and shield which launched pre-GLEE back in 2010. Official GLEE (Great Lakes Energy Exchange) began in April of 2011 and has truly become indicative of the Great Lakes, drawing people from Chicago, Kalamazoo, Columbus, Detroit, and Cleveland on a regular basis. GLEE, and Lady Lyn have taught classes on energy in Chicago, Detroit, Columbus, _____ Kansas, Toledo, maybe you caught one? Lady Lyn also has taught POTQ Level 1 for several years regionally and internationally. Lady Lyn has been currently in the lifestyle since 2003 and before that in the early 80’s.
phoenix_spirit has been the loving consort of Lady Lyn de Pomona since 2009. He assisted at his first Scarlet Sanctuary in February 2010. Phoenix spirit began GLEE with Lady Lyn in April 2011 and has been a true partner in all aspects of orchestrating events. Phoenix spirit has also taught all the same classes on energy in Chicago, Detroit, Columbus, Kansas, Toledo, maybe you caught one? Phoenix spirit was also instrumental in teaching POTQ Level 1 both regionally and internationally. Phoenix spirit has been in the lifestyle since 2009.
SMART Beginnings with LJoseph and LJsPet - Monogamy in the Lifestyle
LJoseph and LJsPet will talk about how they are monogamous within the poly world. They will discuss the issues and problems they have had to face for being monogamous in the BDSM community, how monogamy and polyamory can coexist with each other, and how it's okay to be monogamous. They will also talk about the monogamy pride flag and the meaning behind it.
LJoseph and LJsPet have been in the lifestyle for over 30 years and have been together for the last 23 years as Master and slave. They are Father and mother of four adult children and Grandpa and grandma to three wonderful grandsons and a granddaughter. They are the owners of Leather Naturally and Manor Gear. LJoseph has been a professional educator for over 30 years and has been teaching adult education for the past 10 years. LJsPet has been in customer service for most of her adult life and is good at helping people find the solutions to their problems. They have presented at several events with classes including How to Keep Your Dynamic Alive When the Dominant Becomes the Caregiver, Monogamy in the Lifestyle, Impact Safety, Proper Fit of Corsets, and Flogging Basics.
