It's the beginning of a new year and a great time to go over the basics! For the first hour of this class we will be talking about what is in your rope bag and what else you could have for safety or other concerns! During the first hour we will also be going over some rope 101 for handling, single column ties, and other simplistic ties that are essential in continuing to build your rope skills. The last couple hours will be for open ties/skill share. If you have a harness or another cool tie you would like to share, now is the time to do so! And if you just want some open time to tie and workshop some things, this is a great opportunity!
Rope/Gear: 4x30' hanks or more is ideal. We have some to share if needed Safety Shears/Cutting Tool Class Type: Discussion, 101, skill share, open tie Class Setup: Mat/Ground Area (will have several hard points) Prerequisite: none! This is a great class for beginners!
Remember to bring: -A good attitude -Willingness to learn and share -Comfy clothes -Valid identification and vaccination card
