Welcome to our empowering burlesque workshop! This class focuses on slowing down and loving all up on yourself. It is a light movement class where we will fall back in love with ourselves. The class begins with a meditation, followed by a self guided massage. Ending with choreography of gentle dance moves, to a sensual dance song. You will be stretched, relaxed and leave the class wanting more love!

Burlesque started off as something that I was doing for my self so I could fall back in love with my body after injuries and weight gain. Through this workshop we will explore topics of self touch and sensual dance moves. In this class, we'll focus on embracing self-love and cherishing every part of ourselves. Through gentle and fluid movements, we'll reconnect with our bodies, rekindling the love within. Burlesque, originally a personal journey for me to rediscover self-confidence after injuries and weight gain, has become a celebration of sensuality and self-expression. Experience teaching this class: I’ve taught this class in small towns that I was hired to perform in to conferences/conventions. The most recent class was taught at a kink/lifestyle event where all the attendees were over the age of 50 & the oldest attendee in the class was 79.

Please note: We share our facility and parking lot with another club. On busy nights, a parking attendant in a safety vest may be present to direct your vehicle to park in a specific location. Please respect and follow the attendant's directions, thank you.
