Big news for OhioSMART: We’ll be at a new facility starting in early 2020!

The building we’ve operated in for 10+ years has been purchased and its occupants’ leases have all been terminated, including the owner of the Red Door.

Here’s what we know:

The move will be happening later than we thought, as we previously stated, real estate is a complex process.

Speaking of, the current space will be available to us longer than previously thought, so January and February events will be at the Red Door as usual, perhaps more.

The owner does not intend to lose business, which means that there is a low chance of missed parties. Keep us on your schedule!

We have seen the space, our side is over three times the size of the current space.

We're very excited for everyone to see the new space, our new amenities (including lockers!) and the new dedicated space for SMART's social area.

The owner is very optimistic and has ambitious renovation plans.

It is ADA accessibile.

We will keep you posted regarding the following months.

There is a small patio that we will have sole access to.

The entrances to Eros and our space will remain separate.
