Fetish Flea FAQs

1. What is Fetish Flea?
  • Fetish Flea is a multi-day event hosted by OhioSMART, featuring a variety of activities including vending, educational classes, social events, special activities like yoga, raffle baskets fundraising for the National Coalition for Sexual Freedom, a clothing/gear swap, two play parties, and more! 
  • Please note: This event is held at large club location - not at a hotel. We do have hotel recommendations/room blocks for those coming from out of town!


2. When and where is Fetish Flea taking place?
  • As we are a private club, guests must submit their legal name and date of birth at least a week prior to the event to receive the address. Fetish Flea begins on Friday, October 16 at 1:00 PM and ends on Sunday, October 18, 2025 at 5:00 PM.

3. Are there parking options on site?

  • Free parking is available, with attendants assisting in the evenings to facilitate vehicle movement. The parking lots are well-lit and the main lot is secured with an enclosed gate.

4. How can I contact the event organizers?

  • You can email flea@ohiosmart.org or call 440.732.8317 and an event organizer will respond to you.

5. Will there be any promotional materials or swag?

  • Yes! All ticketed attendees will receive a lanyard, name badge, and a shopping bag!

6. How can I volunteer?

  • Volunteer Applications will be out closer to the event - keep checking back for more updates!

7. Will there be Wi-Fi at the event?

  • Wi-Fi is not available at the event.

8. Can I use my phone at the event?

  • With concerns for privacy for our volunteers, guests, vendors and presenters, we ask that you not use smart devices at the event. If you do need to use your phone to answer a call or text, please request that a board member or volunteer cover your phone cameras with blue painters tape. If we see you pull out your phone without tape, we will politely ask you to step out into the parking lot.

9. How can I access the event schedule?

  • As we confirm the event, updates will be on social media and on the website.

10. How do I register for the event?

  • Tickets for the event will be out Mid-March. Keep checking back for pricing and registration!

11. What is your refund policy?

  • We understand that circumstances can change. Please email us at flea@ohiosmart.org, and we will assist you with the refund process.

12. Do I need to register online in order to shop?

  • Shopping is always free for non-ticketed individuals! This year, we will ask that individuals pre-register for shopping only. This allows us to make sure you have all the information (like address) prior to the event and will help us smooth out the registration process.
