In lieu of your usual Third Saturday, we will be holding elections from 8-10 at this event. Information about candidates can be found here:

Anyone who is a member in good standing is eligible to vote. We will need a certain percentage of our membership to show up to meet quorum, but failing that we will hold the vote provisionally and the results will count if not disputed in a timely manner.
While votes are being tabulated we will also be holding a meeting in which we will be telling you about the state of the org, some future goals, and we will be soliciting your feedback.
We will be having a regular play party from 10-2 after.

8:00 Introduction of candidates, brief Q&A
8:30 Voting for Officers, Start Briefing while votes are counted. Doors will close at this time
9:00: Officers Announced, Voting for At-Large (briefing continues)
10:00: Introduction of new board, conclusion of meeting. Doors reopen
11:00: Doors Close
2:00 AM Closing Time
**As a reminder, All members are allowed to attend and vote, however; all non-members are not able to enter the event until voting has completed.

Proof Of Vaccination IS Required For Entry, along with ID.
Until further notice, proof of vaccination is required for entry to ALL OhioSMART events. Please bring it even if you showed us at a previous event.
We will accept the following:
Your vaccination card in person at the event along with your photo ID.
A photograph on your phone of your vaccination card and ID: together in the same image and with ALL information visible. You should still bring your physical ID with you, but we understand not everyone carries their vaccine card.
