  • This is for a large 10 x 10 section.
  • This is for a 6 x 6 section.
  • This includes a small 4 x 4 section.

Important Details

  • Optional Vendor Load In: Thursday, October 15 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM
  • Vendor Load In: Friday, October 16 from 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM
  • Vendor Load Out: Saturday, October 17 from 5:00 PM - 6:30 PM
  • For load in and load out - we will have volunteers available for those times to help you load in, load out, and get situated!

Vending Hours

  • Friday, October 16 from 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM (Optional Hours from 10:00 PM - 11:00 PM)
  • Saturday, October 17 from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM (There will be a vending only hour from 4:00 PM - 5:00 PM to encourage people to visit for any last-minute items/sales)
  • There is no vending on Sunday, October 18 - just classes and socials.

Tabling options for members are as follows:

  • Small 4 x 4 Space: $75
  • Medium 6x6 Space: $110
  • Large 10 x 10 Space: $150

 The vending fee will include two (2) all access passes for the weekend. Tables and chairs provided upon request.

Please note, regardless of the reason, we will always honor the refund policy listed below.

Refund Deadlines

  • Requests on or before July 18 will receive a 100% refund.

  • Requests from July 19 to September 13 will receive a 50% refund.

  • After September 14 vendor fees become nonrefundable.
