Volunteering at Fetish Flea 2026

Please Note: If you have applied prior to the deadline and we are unable to offer you a volunteer position for Fetish Flea 2026, we will still honor the Early Bird rate for your registration.
Thank you for your interest in volunteering for Fetish Flea 2026 which is held from Friday, October 16 to Sunday, October 18 with an optional munch on Thursday, October 15. Our volunteering roles range from pre-Fetish Flea event coordination to on-site event volunteering.
Important Dates:
Applications: July 25 through August 20, 2026
Applications will not be accepted after August 20, 2026, unless more volunteers are needed for the event.
We will be working on applications on a rolling basis this year. If you are planning to volunteer - we encourage you to get your application in early!
The OhioSMART Fetish Flea Committee will attempt to place you in your preferred roles and time slots. Due to event needs, you may be placed in a role that is not on your preferred list. You may always withdraw if the time or role does not work for you. The only exception is set up and tear down crew (facilities role). We will never force anyone to participate in the facilities role, due to its physical requirements. ONLY those who mark set up and tear down crew (facilities) as an option will be placed in that role.
Emails and other contact information will be kept for event use only and will be deleted after the event's conclusion.
