General Vendor Information

OhioSMART's annual Fetish Flea Weekend will take place from October 17 - 19, 2025. On Friday and Saturday we will have vending, play parties, and classes, and on Sunday, we will hold our Rope Intensive and classes! We are planning to give our Fetish Flea shoppers a variety of vendors selling different types of merchandise.

Vending will take place from October 17 through October 18.

Load in will be on Friday, October 17 at 3:00 PM until 5:00 PM. Vending begins at 6:00 PM and ends at 11:00 PM. Saturday vending begins at 10:00 AM and load out will be on Saturday, October 18 at 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM. We reset the area by 7:00 PM.

Tabling options are as follows:

• Small 4 x 4 Space: $100
• Medium 6x6 Space: $135
• Large 10 x 10 Space: $175

There will be a $25 discount for those with an active Membership at OhioSMART. Prices include both Friday and Saturday of the event. The vending fee will include two (2) wristbands for accessing all of the Friday and Saturday classes and parties.

Tables and chairs provided upon request.

Vendor applications will be considered through jury consideration for this year's event. We will be looking at your work on social media, asking for details about your wares, and offering ways to submit examples for consideration. This allows us to step away from a "first come, first serve" model and offer a broader selection of goods for those attending.

We will let applicants know no later than March 31, 2025 if they have been selected, tabling options, and pricing.
