Come join SMART Ties on Sunday July 7th. This class will be a single tie class.. Being able to tie a consistent single column is a required prerequisite.
We will be going over the Hip Harness that Not_Today_Satan created and has used for 5 years. Despite the spooky name it is a incredibly hardy and handy harness to put in your skill closet. It can be used for floor play, self suspension and partnered suspension and is best suited for inversion and/or bridge position suspensions.
We will deconstruct and go over each layer of the harness and how it is currently used and ways to modify it to fit your needs.

Rope/Gear: 4x30' or more is ideal. Safety Shears/Cutting Tool
Class Type: Hands On, Tie Along
Class Setup: Mat/Ground Area (no hard point required)
Prerequisite: Single Column Tie (required). Basic understanding of Frictions (encouraged but not required)
Remember to bring:
-A good attitude
-Willingness to learn, share, and be a part of the community
-Rope, if you have some(we do have some to share)
-Comfy clothes(or not)
-Valid, state-issued identification
SMARTies meetings are open to anyone 19 and older and no membership is needed. We aim to be an fun, education-based group focused on teaching, sharing, and exploring the fascinating world of rope, open to ALL levels of experience.
