Join OhioSMART for our annual end of summer picnic August 25, 2019.
All are welcome to join us for a day of communing with nature as we say goodbye to Summer once again and wish her well until her return.
We have special guests Dan and dawn joining us this year!
Dan and dawn are a lifestyle couple since 2001 and have presented at over 100 events around North America. They are the authors of The Polyamory Toolkit as well as creators of the wildly popular Kink Starter cards! They are also the co-hosts of the Erotic Awakening internet radio show, an educational podcast that explores “all things erotic”; co-directors of the Columbus Space, an alternative community center; 2016 MAsT International Member’s Choice Presenter of the Year Award winner; featured educators on both Kink Academy and Creative Sexuality; and mentioned in a number of books, articles, and other media.
“They move between clear and simple presentation of facts and information to personal stories of their fascinating experiences together, energizing their audiences with the ease and grace of people that enjoy what they are doing”
The Polyamory Toolkit – Poly Tools You Can Use
Join Dan & Dawn, authors of The Polyamory Toolkit, for a presentation and discussion focusing on giving participants tools to break free of the patterns and attitudes that keep us trapped in discomfort, fear, unhappiness and jealousy. No theorizing or quoting from scholarly viewpoints – get into the weeds and put the tools to work!
The day will feature a potluck lunch. There are also amazing hiking trails, and lots to explore at this unique venue.
SMART will provide paper products and a main dish of hot dogs, hamburgers, a vegetarian option, and condiments. Please bring a dish to share.
Good scenery, good food, good friends.
So, what's everyone bringing to the picnic?
**Suggestions for potluck
Chips and dip or salsa
Buffalo Chicken Dip
Corn On The Cob
