2019 Town Hall Meeting

Our annual town hall meeting is open to all, and free to just attend the meeting portion- we would like to hear input from our community.

The evenings schedule is as follows:

7:45 p.m. Doors open for members and guests, check-in open.

8:00 p.m. Annual Town Hall begins and the door will be locked until 10PM. We will cover the half-year in review, give details on our new space, discuss the website, take suggestions, and members will vote on bylaw changes.

10:00 p.m. Open Play Party begins- First Friday prices apply. $10 for members, $20 for guests.

11:00 p.m. Registration/check-in closes.

2:00 a.m. Closing Time! You don’t have to go home, you just can’t stay here

Guest and non-members MUST RSVP. To RSVP e-mail: info@ohiosmart.org with your legal first AND last name and the date of the event you would like to attend. You will receive a response with directions and instructions.
