February SMART Ties - Take A Picture, Tie a Tie

Come join us Sunday, Feb 2nd for a Open Tie/Photo session of SMART Ties. We will have the amazing @east_ with us to help you get that ropey picture you have been wanting. We will have a sign up sheet at the door to grab a time slot so you can lab and play without having to wait in line.

Open ties are just that: OPEN. Maybe you have a tie you are labbing and want to ask questions about? Maybe you are new and just want to pop in and watch people do their ropey things? Maybe you want to take advantage of the hard points and have a scene with your partner or yourself? Whatever it is you are looking for, open ties are an excellent place to try and find it.

Got a tie you'd like to share? Come share it.

Need some help? Ask an attendee for a hand.

Need a partner to practice on? Come see if you can find a volunteer.

Remember to bring:

-A good attitude

-Willingness to learn and share

-Rope, if you have some(we do have some to share)

-Comfy clothes(or not)

-Valid identification

Bringing snacks/food to share are encouraged, but not required. We will have time to refresh, re-hydrate, and nosh.

SMART Ties meetings are open to anyone 19 and older and no membership is needed. We aim to be an fun, education-based group focused on teaching, sharing, and exploring the fascinating world of rope, open to ALL levels of experience.
