KinkyPilates 101- Introduction:
Lead by PlumpPeaches: Is a safe introduction for those who want to explore their inner Kink through Pilates. Offering a fresh approach to being Kinky through Pilates, KinkyPilates strives to provide safe resources, and information on maintaining a healthy body for intense scene play. KinkyPilates is geared towards the kinksters point of view. The class covers the importance of stretching before a big scene, cooling down afterwards, knowing your physical limits, and tapping into the core and pelvic floor for more intense play - all while gaining flexibility in the hips, lower back and by utilizing core strength!
About the Instructor:
@PlumpPeaches (She/Her) is a Certified Pilates Instructor. Ms Peaches runs KinkyPilates, Cleveland POC Events Group, Cleveland Black FemDoms and Black Voices in Kink in Cleveland, Ohio. Ms. Peaches is a retired professional dancer and brings her experiences from dance, Pilates and Kink together for KinkyPilates. Ms. Peaches enjoys leading classes, workshops, Munches, parties and KinkyPilates classes.
Schedule:
8:45 PM: Doors Open
9:00 PM: Party Sarts, Main dungeon open for play
9:10(ish) PM: Kinky Pilates in the Arch Dungeon
10:20(ish) PM: Kinky Pilates ends, Arch Dungeon open for play
11:00 PM: Registration Closes, No admittance after 11 PM.
1:00 AM: Closing Time
Please note: We share our facility and parking lot with another club. On busy nights, a parking attendant in a safety vest may be present to direct your vehicle to park in a specific location. Please respect and follow the attendant's directions, thank you.
