In lieu of your usual Third Saturday, we will be holding elections from 8:00 PM -10:00 PM at this event. Information about candidates will be posted starting January 4th in the OhioSMART Fet Group and on the website.
Voting is free, and anyone who is a member in good standing is eligible to vote. We will need a certain percentage of our membership to show up to meet quorum, but failing that we will hold the vote provisionally and the results will count if not disputed in a timely manner.
While votes are being tabulated we will also be holding a meeting in which we will be talking to members about the state of the org, future goals, and soliciting feedback.
We will be having a regular play party from 10 PM - 2 AM after elections and the meeting has concluded.

7:45 PM: Doors Open
8:00 PM: Introduction of candidates, brief Q&A
8:30 PM: Voting for Officers, Start Briefing while votes are counted. Doors will close at this time
9:00 PM: Officers Announced, Voting for At-Large (briefing continues)
10:00 PM: Introduction of new board, conclusion of meeting. Doors Re-open
11:00 PM: Doors Close, Registration Closes
2:00 AM: Closing Time
As a reminder, All members are allowed to attend and vote, however; all non-members are not able to enter the event until voting has completed.
Please note: We share our facility and parking lot with another club. On busy nights, a parking attendant in a safety vest may be present to direct your vehicle to park in a specific location. Please respect and follow the attendant's directions, thank you.

After 7 pm, we cannot guarantee someone will be able to process your information for the address until after the event has concluded. Bought a membership but waiting for activation? Let us know if the email so we can send you a pending membership code and remember to fill out the paper form when you attend!
