OhioSMART Ties: Rope 101, New Year - New You!

A New Year and A New You! Join us this January for a class to review what you know, better your rope handling, and learn something new!

We will be going over rope 101, so if you are new this would be a great place to start! If you aren't new this is still a great class for you as well, we will be going over skill building to make rope management easier and more efficient! We’ll focus on tips for rope handling while tying, and maintaining tension in your ties. No matter what your experience level with rope there will be something for everyone in this class! If you have a tie or tips and tricks you'd like to share we will have some open tie time to do that! See you soon!

Rope/Gear: 1-3 30’ hanks - We have some to share if needed.
Safety: Shears/Cutting Tool
Class Type: Hands On, Tie Along
Class Setup: Mat/Ground Area
Prerequisite: NONE! This is a beginner friendly class
Remember to bring: A good attitude, willingness to learn and share, and comfy clothes.

Schedule:
2:00 PM: Registration Open
2:30 PM: Registration Closes
5:00 PM: Class Ends

Please note: We share our facility and parking lot with another club. On busy nights, a parking attendant in a safety vest may be present to direct your vehicle to park in a specific location. Please respect and follow the attendant's directions, thank you.
