OhioSMART Volunteer Training and Play Party

This training will bring our volunteers, members, and guests up to date on our latest space protocols and procedures to volunteer as a Play Space Monitor, Opener, or Closer during OhioSMART events.

Anyone (even those previously trained) should attend this event to be trained to volunteer as a Play Space Monitor! Don’t worry if you can’t make this session - we do plan to hold another volunteer training this year!

Schedule:
2:00 PM: Doors open for training
2:15 PM: Training Begins
3:30 PM: Training Ends, Door/Registration Opens for General Party
4:40 PM: Registration Closes
6:00 pm: Closing time, Party ends

Please note, the party will not begin until 3:30 pm! Training will be going on until 3:30 PM!

Additionally: We share our facility and parking lot with another club. On busy nights, a parking attendant in a safety vest may be present to direct your vehicle to park in a specific location. Please respect and follow the attendant's directions, thank you.

For those that attend the training, the party will be free of cost. For those that do not plan to attend training, party cost is 10$ for guests and 8$ for members.
